Royal Copenhagen Centennial Plate Series

In 1908 Royal Copenhagen started production of Christmas plates. The upcoming 100th centenary is being celebrated with a unique series of centennial editions.

In the years leading up to 2008, Royal Copenhagen is issuing a series of centennial editions, with motifs taken from Danish sights and particularly eventful years.

The plates will only be produced in they year of issue, just like the originals. In addition to the centenary plate, the Centennial series also includes a fine plaquette and a number of other products that will appear in the shops in the years leading up to the centenary.
